My first career was a lucrative one in the Information Technology industry. Despite the success, however, I felt something missing. My passion for investment management led me to pursue my post graduate program in Finance. As I built community in Austin, friends and coworkers started coming to me more frequently to help them with their questions about saving, investing, retiring and more. That’s when I found my true calling. Now, I have the opportunity to contribute to the world by helping others make wise financial decisions.

Jametriss (Jaye) Faggett serves as Chief Compliance Officer of ValueTree Financial, bringing more than 15 years of experience in investment adviser regulation and compliance. She developed much of her compliance expertise as a Director of Compliance with Comply (formerly RIA in a Box), providing high-level consulting to 130+ SEC- and state-registered advisory firms and guiding them through registration, compliance program design, regulatory examinations, and their ongoing obligations under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

She later founded Providence Compliance LLC to continue serving advisers directly. Her perspective is further grounded in years on the regulator side, including senior examination and enforcement roles with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation and FINRA, along with compliance leadership at Deutsche Bank. She holds an MBA from Webster University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Florida A&M University, and is a NASAA-certified continuing education instructor for investment adviser representatives.

Sandra brings a background in Marketing and Communications to her role at Valuetree Financial, where she works alongside Amirth to help get his practice in front of the people who need it most. Her focus is on building visibility, creating content, and making sure the right message reaches the right audience, so Amirth can stay focused on doing what he does best. Her passion for efficiency and commitment to doing things right make her a natural fit for a firm that holds itself to the same standard.

Sandra was born and raised in the Los Angeles area, where she still lives today. She's a mom of three grown children, a yoga and group exercise instructor, and a volunteer puppy raiser for Guide Dogs of America — currently on her fourth pup. When she's not working, you'll find her traveling, playing board games, or spending time with friends and family.

Michele brings a wealth of experience in customer relations, CRM management, and software applications to Valuetree. With a strong background in forms, contracts, training, and management, she excels in streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.

A native Floridian, Michele finds her happy place at the beach, enjoying sunrise and moonrise walks along the shore. When she's not working, she cherishes time with her family and her beloved mini dachshund, Frankie. Michele also has a green thumb and loves spending time nurturing her garden.
